At COWBERRY, we prioritize safe, hygienic handling and on-time delivery for every order. Our Manufacturing Plant and Warehouse operate under strict FSSAI food-safety standards, using only certified food-grade packaging materials.

This policy explains our delivery timelines, coverage, free shipping criteria, and secure packaging standards, ensuring your products reach you fresh, safe, and in perfect condition.

2. Delivery Timeline & Coverage

• Domestic (India):
  • Orders within selected pincodes are eligible for 2–3 working days (1 day dispatch + 1–2 days transit),subject to courier availability and product readiness.
  • Orders across other regions in India are typically delivered within 5–7 working days,depending on product availability and courier network capacity.
  • International shipments take 7–10 working days, plus customs clearance time.
• Working Days: Deliveries operate from Monday to Saturday.Sundays and public holidays are excluded from transit time. Please note, delays may occur during extreme weather, holiday peaks, or courier disruptions, though we always strive to meet promised timelines.
• Dispatch Commitment: We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 24 hours. Onceshipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by SMS/email— linked to our Website or the courier portal for real-time updates.
• Service Areas & Unserviceable Addresses: We currently deliver within specified serviceable areas across India.
  • If your address falls outside our service coverage or becomes temporarily unserviceable,we’ll notify you immediately and cancel the order with a full refund, including any shipping fees.
  • Partial Unserviceability: If only part of your order cannot be fulfilled, we’ll ship the rest and refund the unserviceable items in full — no deductions or handling fees.
• Coverage Limits: We deliver to all PIN codes covered by our courier partners. If an address is found unserviceable, our support team will reach out promptly to help or process a refund. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate to avoid any delays.

3. Secure Packaging Standards

To ensure product integrity and food safety, COWBERRY follows a multi-layer packaging process that exceeds FSSAI and industry norms:

• Step 1 – Sealed Food-Grade Packing:
  Each item is measured and sealed in a certified food-grade inner pouch, then wrapped with additional layers (e.g., shrink wrap or barrier film). Finally, it’s cushioned with bubble wrap or paper padding to minimize movement and damage.
• Step 2 – Rigid Carton Sleeve:
  The sealed pouch is placed inside a double-wall corrugated carton, snugly sized to protect against crushing or pressure during transport. All cartons are biodegradable and recyclable, aligning with our eco-conscious values.
• Step 3 – Tamper-Proof Courier Bag (Not mandatory for all products):
  Each carton is enclosed in a tamper-evident courier bag bearing COWBERRY branding, label, and tracking barcode. If the seal appears broken or torn, it indicates possible tampering — please report it immediately.

All packaging is done in a clean, sanitized environment by trained staff, in full compliance with FSSAI Rule 2.3.14on clean, hygienic, and tamper-proof packing. We continually optimize for eco-friendly materials, using paper-based or biodegradable fillers instead of plastics.

5. Damaged, Open, or Spoiled Shipments

Your safety is our top priority. If your order arrives with damaged packaging, appears tampered, or the product looks spoiled (wet, leaking, or with an unusual odor):

• Document the Issue:
  Take clear photos or a short video of the package before handling or opening it further.
• Notify Us Immediately:
  Contact COWBERRYSupport within 12–24 hours of delivery via your account in the Application or our Website, or via WhatsApp, and share the evidence.
• Resolution:
  We’ll verify the issue and offer a replacement or refundin line with our Return & Refund Policy. may also return the affected item directly to the delivery personon the spot — at no additional cost.
